What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting And Delayed Period?

I just had spotting during my mid period then now my period is late for 6 days. (I know because i have a tracker and it is regularly accurate) I m not sexually active so i m def not pregnant. I do masturbate from time to time. Is there something wrong? -29yo

Sudden changes in weight especially if you have put on a lot of weight recently can cause changes in your cycles. Anorexia also causes changes in your cycle.
If it is the first time that it has been delayed then you can wait for another cycle and if it continues to be abnormal i recommend you get you get your thyroid hormone levels checked.
