What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi. I have been having blood on the toilet paper when I wipe but nothing on my pad during the day. I am breastfeeding my son and he eats on a regular basis. He is 6 months old now. I had the same thing happen a couple months ago and it only lasted a few days. I have PCOS and had my tubes tied after my son was born.

Hi.

So the blood is after you urinate? If so, then please do wait for a few days to see if it subsides on its own. Although it has been 6 months since the delivery and the tubal ligation, there should not be any bleeding at this point due to surgery, but it is possible due to a hormonal imbalance. As I am unware of your history it is thus best for you to visit your treating doctor for further guidance.

Best wishes.
