What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting With History Of Having Tubal Ligation?
My tubes are tied and i have irregular periods since 2008. Recently in July I didn t have one Istarted last Wednesdayand stopped sunday on Tuesday I notice when iIwent to the bathroom when iI wiped there was light pink on the tissue wWednesday nothin now tonight it happen again. What could this be
* As per my clinical experience, the tubal ligation has nothing to do wth irregular menses as it is being carried out a long time back.
* Following can be possible reasons for current vaginal spotting irregularly
- hormone imbalance between estrogen and progesterone
- vaginal infection
- systemic medicines as steroids or else, hampering vaginal flora
- fungal, bacterial or viral lesions
- lack of hydration with urinary tract infection and secondary vulva involvement
- sexually transmitted infections ( if active and performing unprotected sex activities ).
