What Causes Irregular Vaginal Spotting With Stiffness In The Lower Abdomen?
I m not having periods, instead just bleedy red or brown discharge, my pregnancy test is negative but I m feeling somewhat stiffness in my lower abdomen with occasional pain in pelvic area, back and sometimes in vaginal area. What could it be and what should I do? I had 5 week miscarriage 2 months before. After heavy bleeding two months before, I don t have my regular periods till now.

Hi, it can occur due to your abortion because it takes around 3 months to revert back to normal. Other thing can be infections. So you need evaluation by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics. Hope I have answered your question.
