What Causes Irritated Dry Bleeding Lesions On Penis And Scrotum?
I have irritated dry skin on my penis and sack that can be very itchy, aswell as Crack and bleed. I was thinking it may have been jock itch due to the change to warmer weather. So started applying lotrimin ultra jock itch cream and it has done nothing. Is this possibly an std? I have not had intercourse of any kind for over a year now?

It seems that there might be having yeast infection producing crack, itching and some bleeding.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for one course of anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean and airy.
