What Causes Irritating Small Blister On Nipple Oozing Pus?

I had a small lump on my nipple that appeared to be a pimple so I popped it and a little bit of pus came out and the lump is still there. Trying to squeeze it more is just irritating it and the one other time i had a pimple on my breast the lump went away instantly after popping it. Should I be worried?

I really appreciate your concern, infection need to be rule out and if this is infection then it need to be managed with antibiotic, along with this it need to be investigated, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
