What Causes Irritation And Foul Odor From The Penis?

I have an irritation on the head of my penis along with a foul odor. I can t see anything that would be the cause and I have already been tested for an STI. My Dr put me on an antibiotic while we where waiting for the test results and I finished the antibiotic even though the test was negative. 2 weeks later I continue to have the same issue. Any ideas?

Hi, you were treated with antibiotics, but there are infections caused by fungus that produces the irritation and the foul odor. It's called candidal balanitis. So I recommend another medical checkup.
