What Causes Irritation And Pain In The Penis During Erection?

Respected Doctor,

I'm 41 years old male unmarried. Last 5 months back i had gone to chakkas to relax my sex tension. I had protected sex with condom only. while intercourse the penis gets started to pain & irritating. After that still it's continuing whenever during my penis erection the bottom of the penis where foreskin attached to the penis - that place still pain,irritating and burning sensation especially while erection. Now i'm getting scared if i married now - is there any problem with sex life with my wife. i can't tolerate this irritation and burning sensation. Hence, i kindly request you to please suggest best medicine for this.
