What Causes Irritation And Warm Sensation In Forearms When I Am Anxious?

i have noticed that when i am anxious about something, i can feel a heat or the blood flow in my forearms. its like a tingle and heat and is just irritating. it doesnt happen with any other eztremities just my forearms and hands. is this normal or something i should worry about?

I understand your concern .

Burning sensation /tingling and numbness are the symptoms of anxiety.

Psychological stress cqn lead to physical symptoms like you mentioned.

Need to relax and calm down.

Need proper psychological evaluation for stress and anxiety.

It can be treated with medicine like benzodiazapine and anxiolytic.
If you are my patient then I would like to treat you with etizolam and behaviour therapy.

Exercise and meditation can be useful.

Proper sleep and diet can help.

Stress free activity and work.

Consult psychiatrist and get help .
