Yes, thank you. I had my thyroid removed in 1979 and have been taking synthroid ever since. Recently, my physician began experimenting with my dosage. I went from .015 to .112 to .125. Then, my insurance stopped carrying synthroid and I had to try generic. After several months of feeling really tired, starting to gain weight, and being irritable, also, having unbarable leg pains an couldn t sleep I went back to taking the .015. I just want to know if the generic replacement is exactly like the synthroid? And, will it hurt me to take it after all these years of taking synthroid. My TSH readings have been all over the place.
