What Causes Irritation Around The Anus, Ears And Nose?

I am waking up consistenly between 2 and 4 am. I am experiencing weird irritation or sensations around my anus, in my ears, and my nose. It feels like a tickle in my nose and ears usually. Sometimes it makes me want to pull out a cotton swab and clean them. The sensation around my anus is also very uncomfortable. With all of these, I can t fall back to sleep. Are these three things related?

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, in usual medical conditions, the irritation around ears , nose and anus will not corelate except anxiety condition.

* The pathologic involvement of itching around anus, is related to E. vermicularis or pin worm infestation of the butt region, where larve hatch egss during night coming onto skin of anus part.

The same can be confirmed with Tape test.

* The irritation around ears and nose can be part of perspiration related skin hypersensitivity or others.
