Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query in detail and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain if there is gap occurring between the two front teeth and also you have elongated and white maxillary labial
frenulum indicates that you have a high frenal attachment that is when the frenulum id attached over the gums extending in between the front teeth and due to pulling action of lip and trauma from the teeth it gets injured, inflamed and painful..
Due to continuous pulling action only there is also gaping between the teeth or Midline
Diastema..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an Oral Surgon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be done..
The frenum can be surgically corrected so that it no more comes in between the teeth..
After it heals a retainer or removable orthodontic appliances can be fabricated for you so that the gap between the teeth is reduced and your facial appearance improves..
As of now you can apply numbing gel over it to relieve pain..
Take
Ibuprofen and do cool compresses..
