What Causes Irritation Of Throat, Fatigue, Muscle Pain And Anus Irritation?
Had unprotected non ejaculatory sex and non protected non ejaculatory oral sex 10 days ago. I have had fatigue and slight muscle pain in back and legs. Never any fever but now underarm right lymph nodes are not swollen but seem to be tender but now my anus is beginning to burn and I have a slightly irrited throat. Good chance of an std? I dont think HIV would show up that quickly but could this be more like syphillis or gonno symptom?

The given symptoms are here not related with STD neither with any other disease but this may be due to insecurity and phobia because of the coitus you did, if you want to clear the doubt then you have to get done the blood test later on, stop worrying this is not the thing that you are thinking, hope this information helps, take care.
