What Causes Irritation On The Penis Foreskin While Suffering From High BP?
I m a 43 year old male with high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Lately I ve been having irritation on my penis foreskin, it gets swollen and when I pull back to clean it it like stretches and tears. It stings a lot especially when I urinate. Could you help me figure out what that may be.
