What Causes Irritation, Swelling And Tearing In The Right Eye?
Hello, I started having irritation on my right eye yesterday while I was driving and today, it is weepy and a bit swollen/red...Is this an allergy. what is strange is that I was suffering from a bit of vertigo which only affected my right side, if I laid on my right side on the bed....but since my eye started draining, my vertigo is gone. Could there be a connection?

Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to conjunctivitis. It can be caused by an allergy. I suggest using artificial tears to help with lubrication of the conjunctiva. I also suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
