What Causes Itchiness And Bumps On The Left Palm Radiating Towards Pointer Finger?
I am a 44 year old female with the palm from my left hand feeling itchy. Right in the center is a series of bumps under the skin arranged in a line running vertically towards the pointer finger. Right at the top of the palm under the pointer finger is red and swollen. Very itchy. No trauma that I recall.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
You can take drugs like cetirizine for itching.
