General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with a burning and itching sensations in your clitoris following an sexual Intercourse with your boyfriend with a history of multiple sex partners I will suggest you have developed a pelvic inflammatory disease due to polymicrobial organism

In view of this please do urine culture and high vaginal swab test to confirm the causative organisms

Please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Regarding the possible of contacting hvp and the fear for cancer I will suggest you do viral culture test for both of you for proper confirmation

I hope this helps Regards
