What Causes Itchiness And Tightness In Inner Bicep?
my inner bicep itches and its tight almost like i worked out.. i did go this workout visit and used a dumbell for like 2 minutes but it my inner bicep is tight and itches and so does my inner forearm same arm but i dont see a rash only redness bc i have been scratching
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have got tightness of inner biceps and inner forearm muscles. You are suffering from muscular pain.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals).Muscle relaxant such as thiocolchicoside can be added Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C supplementation can used to promote healing. Second possibility is tendinitis. Treatment of it is rest and analgesic similar to muscular pain.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
