What Causes Itchiness And Whitish Skin Tags In Anus After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hi. I have had gay anal sex a few times as the receiver always with protection except once about five months ago. For about a month it has been itchy after using the bathroom and I did manage to get a photo. I have a few white or clear places that appear more like skin tags than photos I have seen of warts. Right in the rectum it also looks red. Does this sound like warts/HPV or something else?
