General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
As you described your symptoms, it seems to be most probably due to scabies mite. Itch of scabies is mostly noticed at night because that is the time when you are actually free of any work mostly and resting. Little bumps could be due to allergic reaction to the mite. Still you should see a dermatologist so that they can examine the type of lesions and start treatment accordingly.
Hope this helps you.
Regards.
