What Causes Itchiness In The Groin?

I have been having severe itch at my groin, laps, back, hands n armpit. I ran a semen n urine culture. It came out that their was growth on the semen (e.coli) and on the urine scanty growth of staph spp. I was given by my doctor streptomycin injection for five days n ciprofloxacin for 14days. I m done with the drugs as well prescribed by my doctor but stil experiencing the itching. Wat can I do. Shld I continue with the drugs again

This is due to fungal infection. Please apply candid derma ointment locally twice a day for 10 days. Keep the area dry.
