General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms see to be related to scalp eczema.

Scalp eczema is a type of eczema that causes inflamed, itchy, dry skin to form on your scalp.

The most common type of scalp eczema is seborrheic dermatitis.

I recommend using a shampoo which contains salicylic acid.

You can also use corticosteroid lotion for local application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
