What Causes Itchiness On The Scalp And The Face?

I suffer from some sort of dermatitis condition in which the hair roots of my face become extremely itchy and come out of its follicle too easily when I relieve myself from the itch. I do NOT have Trichotillomania, but it would appear that way; however, it is not psychologically related. What is this and how do I heal myself from this? I suspect it is a histamine response from food allergies; or perhaps seasonal allergies, but I don t know how to cure it when I have a spontaneous response. How can you help me?
