Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I will keep a possibility of Cholinergic
Urticaria Or Hives. Cholinergic urticaria is a type of physical urticaria. It is chronic.
It presents as skin welts/swellings, which can be distributed all over the body. The lesions in cholinergic urticaria are small and resemble
insect bites.
It can happen in response to various inciting factor like strong emotions such as excitement, shock, laughter, stress, and anxiety; spicy food; changes in body temperature such as a hot shower; exercise etc.
The basic underlying cause being change in core body temperature which induces the release of histamine; the chemical that drives itching and welts.
Treatment is symtomatic. Once daily oral antihistamine e.g
fexofenadine Or
loratadine Or levocetrizine is usually effective.
Topical soothing lotion e.g
calamine may be used for symptomatic relief.
