This is due to allergy to Sensipar. Allergies occur when your immune system reacts to a foreign body. Foreign body may medicine like Sensipar, pollen, animal dander, dust and insect venom etc. Severity of allergy may range from rash to life-threatening
anaphylaxis.
You have not written why you are taking Sensipar. If you would have written here, I could have suggested an alternative. You can write it later.
Advice
1. Stop Sensipar and do not take it in future
2. Levocetirizine5 mg – 1 tablet once daily orally for 7 days
3.
Dexamethasone 0.5 mg – 1 tablet twice daily orally for 7 days
4. Do not scratch too much as it will caused skin damage and infection
5. Calamine lotion – three times daily locally – will provide soothing effect
6. Immediately go to hospital if you have any sign of anaphylaxis such as breathing difficulty, low blood pressure, nausea/
vomiting,
throat constriction,
unconsciousness etc
