I have a few chronic problems like fibromyalgia. Cervical and lumbar spinal issues and easily get infections when scratched. etc I also have pseudo phrophiria. but just recently I have started itching everywhere. I also have a lot of skin bumps that look like pimples but without any puss in them. Also a lot of leakage of puss and a yellowish clear liquid coming from my nipples. My Legs .stomach. arms. Bottom. Etc. All itch. I have also had pain with hair follicles and pulling most of my eyelashes out because they hurt. What could cause this
Hi. As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis with folliculitis. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
