What Causes Itching All Over The Body Without Any Allergies?

i have been itching for 3 days. it started with my hands and scalp. now it s all over. this has happened before. i was tested for things I could be allergic to but nothing came of it. The couple times before the symptoms left as quickly as they came. what could this be?

thanks for posting your query to HCM. the most common cause of itching is allergy and it could be due to environmental allergen, Parasitic infection ,food , drugs, or so many other substances . I dont know , what investigation you have undergone to diagnose it but it would be better if you could send me report of your allergy testing so tat i can suggest you further investigation plan and management . presently you can take antihistaminic medication for symptomatic relief .
hope i will help you .
I find this answer helpful
