General & Family Physician 's  Response
This does not seems to be bug or insect bite. Considering your history this is likely to be allergic lesions or viral infections. Check whether recently you have changed your soap or shampoo, any cream or body lotion. Take some anti-histamincs combination like Tab Cetrizine and Tab Montelukast twice daily for 5 days under advice of your physician. This will reduce your intense itch and blister formation.
Visit dermatologist, he will examine your lesion and accordingly your treatment will be decided.
