General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the bumps on scalp are secondary to bacterial or fungal infection giving dermatitis. The lymph nodes are due to drainage area involvement as immune response.

* My recommendations at present:
- Local care with cleaning by antiseptic liquid.
- Application of Clotrimazole ( 1 % ) dusting powder.
- Anti histamine, antibiotic, anti fungal , anti inflammatory medicines prescription with your doc.
- Keep blood sugar under control.
- Be in regular follow up with your consultant.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
