What Causes Itching And Burning In Vagina Along With Vaginal Spotting?
Hello. I have dirt like very tiny particles when I wipe myself. I also have a yeast infection (lots of itching and burning) and I believe im in the process of getting my period because of light pink spotting. All these three combined is making me confused on what it is. Especially the tiny brown particles. Thank you

noted history of burning sensation, itchiness and spotting on vaginal area. it may be bacterial vaginosis or a fungal infection. other sexually transmitted disease must also be ruled-out. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably gynecologist, for physical examination and clinical evalution. diagnostics and management (proper antibiotic/antifungal regimen) will be directed accordingly. maintenance of good hygiene is also advised.
