What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In Labia Minora?

Doctor ! Some part of my labia minora has become back and rough. It burns but doesnt bleed. Should I see a doctor? It it worth worrying about? I have had yeast infection for 6 months but I did nt see a doctor. Now the situation is getting worse day by day. I feel itching and it s so painful.
