What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In Legs During Sleep?
Hi, i feel a burning sensation on my legs at night time while i am sleeping that also make me feel itchy... this condition comes and goes through out the night... and while i am scratching i see the skin turn red with small bumps. I recently started taking supplements for bodybuilding... my supplemets include glutamine,citrulline,bcca,and whey protein. With multi vitamins and vitamine d3. For sometimes i have bee taking these supplemets i was fine but now the weather has changed (cold) so now i am feeling this problem... is it an allergy or something else?

Hi there... no it doesnt sound like an allergy to me... why do you need these artificial bodybuilding supplements. Have natural foods, cereals, oats, bran , lots of water, lean meat... less of processed food. Do moderate outdoor exercise and weight lifting. That should put you in shape.You are losing out on essential vitamins because of these processed supplements. that could be why have signs of neuropathy in lims/ feet..... get back to your regular natural diet. You will be fine. Take care
