What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation In The Scrotum?

Small part of my scrotum became itchy and I scratched it there was burning sensation for last two days. I applied soframycin but I had to go to office, this evening I cleaned with paroxide and applied neosporin cream since then the part is watering quite a bit.

This could easily be an infection and you need to see the dermatologist for the same so that we can microscopically examine and rule it out.
