What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation On The Skin?

I am having itchy, burning skin....mostly from neck to knees. I have had allergy testing....nothing showed up. Take an OTC anti-histamine. Helps some, at times. Have had blood work too. High hematocrit/hemoglobin, but not alarmingly high. Family Dr had tests repeated. Those came back normal. Any ideas what I should do next?? Thank you!

Hello,
In my opinion your symptoms may be due to vitamin b complex deficiency or due to neuropathy primarily.
A nerve conduction velocity test may be done to rule out neuropathy.
