What Causes Itching And Burning Sensation On Top Side Of Leg?

Hi Dr. I have an itching and burning sensation on my leg top side and it looks circle and white in colour. When it is itching I am trying a salt with drops of water and this mixture apply on it and scrubbing it primarily get burned but then itching get stop for 2 to 3 hours.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms and history given here I could say that it must be fungal infection and it can be given try with both antifungal and steroid preparation and best would be "Miconazole and Beclomethasone" cream, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
