What Causes Itching And Inflammation On The Shin?
I have a quarter size skin inflammation that itches like crazy and will stick around for a month or two and then go away. This inflammation is on my shin and it reoccurs about once or twice a year in the same exact spot with the same exact symptoms. About 10 years ago, during the first occurrence I was told I was bitten by a spider. What should I do about this?

This is allergy, you have to show it to dermatologist and get a microscopic examination done to rule out this . Apply a local steroid ointment over it usually allergy responds well to them.
