What Causes Itching And Pain In Anus And Scrotum?

Itchy anus and scrotum. Occasionally have bursts of pain from those areas, I assume it s from the itch. I don t know what it is. I assume a bug somehow bit my anus, I can feel a bump. I don t know if it was there before the itching started. I can t sleep because of the itching.

it can be enterobiosis. maintain cleanliness. take one dose of albendazol at bed time it can be associated with external piles. take sitz bath. apply proctosedyl ointment per anum.
