What Causes Itching And Pain In Scrotum At Night?
My scrotum skin seem rough and itches at times, particular at night, It is painful when scratched. This is a problem most nights often two or three occurrences. Antifungal are no help. Zinc oxide gives relieve some times but not always. Urologist was not interested and avoid any answer.

The problem you present might not be a urological problem.Poor response to anti-fungal suggest a fungus isn't the cause.I will suggest you get the area examined by a Dermatologist.It sounds like scrotal dermatitis since it is an entity easily mistaken for fungi and since it responds well to zinc oxide at times.In the meantime, i will advise you put on loose dresses/panties.I will like the Dermatologist to judge the use of mild potency topical corticosteroids and antihistaminines.
