What Causes Itching And Painful Sores On Upper Legs And Buttocks?

Hi, I went camping three weeks ago and came back with some bites on my legs. They were ridiculously itchy and started breaking open from all of the scratching. Now, it seems as though they have spread, and I am dealing with very painful sores on my upper legs and around my buttocks.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be insect bite and this might have caused the hypersensitivity, in my opinion this can be well managed with local application of "Diphenhydramine lotion" and "Levocetirizine 10 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
