What Causes Itching And Purple Discoloration In Vagina?

I have been having some itching and irritation on the inside of my right Labia and it also appears to have a dark purple area near the irritation. Was tested for yeast and bacteria and it is neither. I have been tested + for herpes 10 years ago but never had any outbreaks. Trying to find out what it could be - pls help.

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part. Use clobit-gm or betnovate-c cream locally.
