hai doctor....i am 22yr female with a ht of 5.6.and wt of 70kg..... i am suffering from allergy past 20yrs.....used to have itching and rashes on head, face etc....used to have the tablet avil25 at the time of allergy.....used to have high fever also at this time.....
Mostly skin disease are diagnosed just by inspection.however from your history it seems more in favour of chronic urticaria for which you take avil 25. You should aware firstly that this condition mostly not fatal. Secondly etiology or cause is unknown or require fine immunology testing as various allergens test, once cause is isolated it will be treated succesfully by an immunologist.
Anti histamines are still first line of treatment in acute cases like avil, benadryl. Or other newer agents like cetrazine etc. If you want to treat it succesfully it requires immunology testings, for that you should consult an immunologist. . . Have a nice day
