What Causes Itching And Red Rash On The Thighs?

hi i have a constant itch down below on the skin and in crease and top of thighs and now theres a bright red rash that wont fade no matter what im worried im scared for life and ive used two antiseptic creams they both work for a while one more then the other what can i do please help

Hello,

You can have contact dermatitis according to mentioned history.

The anti septic cream will not be beneficial in such case.

You can apply topical mild steroid cream like betamethasone over that.

Oral levocetirizine also can be taken.

If your rash is circular with intense itching than fungal infection also can be possible for which topical clotrimazole is to be used.
