As per your complain itching and small spots on soft palate along with acid reflux seems to be inter-related and spots and itching seems to be due to inflammation in the throat and soft palate secondary to injury caused by acid.. There is also a possibility that itching in nose, ears and eyes is due to allergic reaction to any food, medication or environmental irritants.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and also advised throat swab culture and pH levels of throat along with upper G.I endoscopy to confirm for acid reflux and treat accorrdingly.. For acid refluc you can be advised proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole, Pantoprazole, antacids like Milk of magnesia, taking small frequent meals, avoiding spicy food, taking short walk after meals, taking more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet, loosing weight if obese and sleeping with head slightly raised as compared to feet.. Do warm saline gargles and take Ibuprofen for relieving discomfort in throat.. You can also be advised a blood test to look for allergic tests and of itching is due to allergic reaction anti allergics like Benadryl and avoiding exposure to allergen can be advised..
