What Causes Itching And Swelling On The Body?

I think I have a bug bite that I got 1 week ago. It was bleeding, the next day I had a bruise there. 3 days later it started itching and there was swelling. It seemed better for 2 days swelling went down. Yesterday I had severe itching and swelling again. Is this something I should be worried about?

I really appreciate your concern, no it may not be normal one but it may demands some treatments, apply some local antibiotic cover the lesion with gauze piece in case of bleeding for much better treatment clinical examination is must, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
