What Causes Itching And Tenderness In The Breast?

I am a 49 year old woman on estrodial patch for menopause and progesterone iud. I have new symptom of itching on one breast, with tenderness like premenstraul. There is no rash, or change in skin. I have an enlarged lymph node in my right clavicle as well. Should I be worried about inflammatory breast cancer?
