Hi. I suspect I may have a male yeast infection. I have itchiness after sex. There are tiny white spots on the head of the penis and underneath the foreskin. The spots come and go after sexual contact. Intercourse is painful. My frenulum is also raw/shows abrasions. What kind of doctor do I go to ? Urologist ? and will my wife need to be treated as well. She is my only sexual partner and the itchiness increases after intercourse. We are trying to conceive so there is pressure to perform. I have just come off a 5 day course of Levoflaxacin for a UTI which was discovered during a sperm test.
