Hi I have very itchy skin around my eyes, eyelids and over my neck. My skin is very saggy around my eyes. This gets worse as the day draws on . First thing in the morning I think oh I'm going to have a good day. But as the day goes on it gets worse. Odd days It is not itchy. I have been to the doctors and they gave me firstly anti-biotics followed by steroids followed by hydrocortisone cream . Nothing works for long .
