What Causes Itching Around The Groin Area And The Underarms?

I have itching along my front belt line, around my testicles, underarms, and anus area.Most noticeable first thing in morning and at night before bedtime. Moisture (sweat) seems to aggrevate it especially at belt line. This has been going on for over 1 year.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the allergic disorders and it can be managed with Tab Loratadine three times in day local application of Beclomethasone cream can be used, it is being stated that it is there since one year, if it is not being consulted to dermatologist then better to get it done for correct clinical diagnosis hope this information helps.
