Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itching bumps on nose which seems to be due to irritation, skin alleregic reaction and clogged pores of sebaceous glands of skin with dead bacteria leading to seborrheic dermatitis. I would suggest you to apply tea tree oil on this area and apply cream called Eumosone -M two times a day for a 5 day period and then stop after 2-3 days. You should go for skin peeling once in a week. You should keep that area moisturized. Apply aloe vera gel on it. You should drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. You can go for chemical peeling as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
