General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are of bacterial vaginosis or Trichomoniasis. These are STI. You are suggested to visit ER & get treated. You need antibiotics & antivirals.

Get blood & urinalysis(R/E & C/S) done to rule out UTI. Avoid using public washrooms. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Avoid sex if sexually active for a couple of days.

Never go for multiple partners. Take care of your hygiene. Stay away from latex or spermicides, douches & unprotected sex.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
